Dr. Warner has maintained a practice limited to Periodontics and implants for the past 30 years in Whittier, California. He earned a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineeting in 1966 from Kansas State University. He earned his D.D.S. degree at the University of Southern California Dental School in 1979, where he was number two in a class of 120. While in dental school Dr. Warner was elected to Alpha Tau Epsilon and Omicron Kappa Upsilon, dental honor societies. Following dental school, Dr. Warner served a one year General Practice Residency at the Wadsworth Veterans Administration Medical Center in Westwood, California. He obtained his periodontal training at the same facility, where he served as Chief Periodontal Resident from 1981 to 1982. After obtaining his Certificate in Periodontids in the fall of 1982 Dr. Warner and his wife, Cathy, a Dental Hygienist, launched their periodontal practice in Whittier, California, adding services for dental implant placement and site development in 1984.

Dr. Warner is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the California Dental Association and the San gabriel Valley Dental Society.

Dr. Warner keeps up with current knowledge in periodontics and implants by attending classes and seminars on a regualar basis, which allow him to utilize new and developing techniques and treatment options. Although growing up in Kansas, Dr. Warner has been a resident of Whittier for 45 years, residing just a few blocks from his practice location. He has been married to his wife Cathy for 48 years and is the proud father of seven grown children and 22 grand children. Having been a professional entertainer prior to Dental School, he still enjoys singing and playing the piano, guitar and banjo.
